Issued the moment you finish Start Your Order. Use it here to see whether we've reviewed and approved your request yet. A request is not a booking, and nothing is charged while we review.

RCO-XXXXXX

Order number

Issued once we approve your request. It opens your itemized invoice, what's been paid, the balance, and exactly when your cakes will be ready for pickup or delivery.

Your date is reserved when

  • We review your request and approve it.
  • You sign the order agreement we send with your invoice.
  • Your deposit is received.

Until all three are complete, your event date stays open to other clients.
