Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an accepted order and is non-refundable.

Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.

Deposits may be transferred to another order if you notify us at least two weeks in advance.

Orders may be rescheduled up to one full week before pickup or delivery, subject to availability.

We generally cannot hold a completed cake longer than one week. Storage beyond that may be available for a fee if space permits.

Specific storage fees are being finalized and will be confirmed in your quote or contract.

Remaining balances are due in full before release, pickup, or the delivery team's departure.
